At Uptown Girl Beauty, we know you’re excited to receive your new beauty treats, so we aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) of receiving your order.

We use An Post for delivery, and most parcels arrive within 1–2 business days anywhere in Ireland. During busy periods (such as Christmas or sale events), delivery may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed of any delays.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow its journey. Please ensure you provide your mobile number at checkout so we can share delivery updates with you directly.

If you realise after placing your order that your shipping details are incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [your contact email]. If your parcel hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do everything we can to update your address before shipping.

Once your order has been sent, we unfortunately can’t change the delivery address, but we’ll help you liaise with An Post if possible to redirect or arrange collection.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your Uptown Girl Beauty purchase. However, if you change your mind or need to exchange an item, we’re happy to help.

We accept returns and exchanges on unopened items that are still in their original packaging and condition, provided you have proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or till receipt).

You can return your item by calling into our salon in person or posting it back to us (details below). Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products such as skincare, cosmetics, or brushes.

To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend contacting us first so we can confirm your eligibility and provide guidance on the next steps.

We’re truly sorry if you’ve received the wrong item — this is rare, but we’ll make it right immediately.
